As part of the webinar on food labeling, our expert and state-certified food chemist Ms. Eder will explain the basics of correct labeling based on a product example.
The basic training course explains the 12 mandatory indications according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 (FIC). You will learn their definition and be shown examples of correct use and common mistakes.
The webinar reflects the current EU regulations but specifies on labels written in German, meant to be distributed in the German market.
